Fall Decorating Naturally!

The Golden Raintree is one of my favorite trees for fall color in South Texas. The choices for fall color are slim around here. Here the buds are just beginning to bloom.
This branch has blooms and pods.

I think the pods are gorgeous. They will slowly change color to become a deep copper tone! Gorgeous!

  3. Hey, just found your blog. I'm in Florida, and raintrees grow all over here in Orlando. I also look forward to the 'turning' point..The colors are so beautiful...The only thing about these trees is that if you have one, there will be hundreds of volunteers in the Spring! My Mama always said "you don't want one of those trees, you'll be sorry"! Well, "I" don't have one, but neighbors do. Take care and have a blessed week!
