Jackpot!
Well not exactly the jackpot, but a good haul! I went to the local Quilt Guild quilt show on Saturday. I arrived much later than I had hoped because Mom duty called. The quilts were beautiful. I'm sorry I didn't take any photos. My friend, Martha works for a local sewing shop, and was working in their vendor booth. They had several quilting and embroidery machines to try. I was able to embroidery my initial onto scrapbook paper for the cute keychain. Now I want one of those machines, but it will have to wait awhile. I found the bracelet and Volume 3 of Apronology at another booth. I have been looking for Apronology for over a year! I was thrilled! I love the apron made from neckties! Y'all Come Back, Lorilee

ReplyDeleteHi,
ReplyDeleteI wanted to email you in regards in any possible advertising opportunities you may have with your website. I'm looking to earn support for a national cause and get visibility for the "plant 1 billion trees" project which Andrew Liveris and the Nature Conservancy have partnered up on for people to donate $1 to. Let me know if you would be interested at all in supporting this cause or if you want more information on it. I look forward to talking to you soon!
So glad you had a good day visiting the quilt show .... yes - trying out those embroidery machines sure do "hook" you....
ReplyDeleteSo happy you found some goodies, too. The bracelet is beautiful!
The key chain is useful as well as pretty -- the book is soooo relaxing to look at while having a quiet cup of hot tea (or coffee).
