This is "Ming Porcelain" daylily. It reminds me of velvet.
Ummm. Not particularly beautiful, but yummy! This is one of my rows of cowpeas.
After several years of trying, I now have dill self-seeding in my garden!
This is Vitex. I think I have also heard it called Texas Lilac.
The peeps keep flying over a section of my chicken run fence that I never added that extra 2 foot of chicken wire to. My sweety and I have been working on it this evening.
Ya'll Come Back!

ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful photos. I am still trying to get my garden in.
ReplyDeleteI have never heard of cowpeas. Is it a green pea?
God bless
Gorgeous color here today! Good luck reigning in those peeps!
ReplyDeleteThe peeps will probably come back when they're hungry!

You dill and vitex photographs are gorgeous! I just discovered the F setting on my camera today (after owning it for three years) and I cant believe the difference it makes!
ReplyDeleteI've tried for years to naturalize the dill, but no success yet. Every year I BUY dill, it just kills me. I can never get it to reseed, but I'll keep trying...
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful flowers, I love the "smoke ring". I have to start from scratch again with my garden, since moving. oh well lots of time to do it. xxxxx t
