Hooray! I picked my first bucket of peas. I also found some tomatoes hiding in the middle of a bush. The plant was labeled "Celebrity", but I am not sure if it is correct.

Up here in the North y'all,(say it with a Texas accent), our gardens are just coming up. We probably won't have any tomatoes til the middle of July. Lucky you. What kind of peas are those? Mimi
ReplyDeleteHi Lorilee are those your cow peas? They look delicious. Those tomatoes would make a delicious homemade spaghetti sauce too! We are so far away from having tomatoes up north. I think we get our first ripe one around the end of July or beginning of August and then for 2 months we have so many tomatoes we have to give them away! Hope you enjoyed your peas! Hugs, Loretta
ReplyDeleteI'm not into peas - especially the frozen ones, but I think I could be persuaded to eat these!
ReplyDeleteNow that's some good lookin' eatin' you got there! Healthy too!
