Ella and a new apron!

This is my new dress display form. I have been wanting one to use to display aprons etc. David bought this one for me on ebay! I named her Ella after my Granny who wore aprons! Ella is wearing a gingham apron that I made this summer. It is also on the Tie One On Gingham Summer Gallery. I wanted to try a gingham apron just to give "chicken scratch" embroidery a try! The embroidery is on the bib and looks like lace, hence another name for it Teneriff lace. Ella is also wearing some vintage jewelry of mine. Hmm, I should have looked for a matching hat in my collection. My hat collection is mostly from my Granny! I miss her!
