My Dad and Barbara (stepmom) gave me a cookbook and this apron for my birthday. Barbara's mom gave her the apron. She found it mixed in a box of fabric scraps that someone gave to her for her quilting. 
I found the necklace among my collection. I think they go well together. I like the juxtaposition of a utilitarian work apron with the dressy going out necklace! The cookbook is entitled Caring and Sharing Favorite Recipes Volume III From the Kitchens of Holy Family Parishioners. I can't wait to try some new recipes.
