This may seem weird, but I actually love to hear Brian practicing his drums. He is good. But more importantly, when I hear him practicing, I know exactly where he is and what he is up to! This is a very comforting thing. Sadly, when I don't know exactly where he is, there is no telling WHAT he is up to!
Hi Roberta Anne, He had to stay inside after school today, after a neighbor complained of he and his friends launching water balloons. Luckily, my sweety had to deal with it and not me. I was clogging. Blessings, Lorilee
I know exactly how you feel. When the youngest was in high school he was in a 'garage band' - our garage! There were always at least half a dozen boys here. It was noisy and they could clean out the fridge and pantry in nothing flat but I knew where they were and what they were up to!
I know what you mean. When I send the kids outside and hear them out there hollering (lately they've been yelling while they sled downhill)I feel better than when they are silent. Then I'm worrying where they are.
I teach 4 year olds during the school year. In my spare time(haha), I enjoy clogging, gardening, sewing, cake decorating, and old things! I am married to my high school sweetheart. We have two sons, ages 27 and 17!
We have 2 dogs (Honey and Lexi), a rabbit (Chewey),three cat (Samson, Rascal and Bella) and 7 chickens. The hens are Blossom, Buffy, Scarlet, and Matilda. I had on roo, Gottlieb. Then I let Buffy sit on some eggs and I ended up with 2 more roosters. My coop is called Cackleberry Cottage.
Thanks for stopping by! I hope you enjoy your visit. I enjoy sharing all the wonderful "little things" that make life so special! Say hello and leave a comment!

My son plays the guitar and keyboard. I simply love it, even when I'm watching TV. It beats a lot of other things. Great your son plays.
